I am all for customization. Thats why i have a different set of gear for raiding from pvp. But if you dont raid why do you need or want 30? Nightfall is the current greatest challenge next to the hard raid and 29 is attainable with all faction gear and one exotic, 28 with all faction gear. That gives you 100% damage if you have maxed weapons. What the game needs is an armor customization system, similar to almost any other rpg has
