I had the same situation, except I was booted via server error while doing the vault of glass. I've posted on the #help and also tweeted @bungiehelp with no response. I'm really disappointed that I not only lost my vision of confluence, but my progress in last weeks raid (hard mode). I'll attach the link to my profile so you can see when this occurred. Please respond Bungie!
