I haven't got it yet but I will definitely hip fire for the bonuses. As for a setup, if you're a hunter I highly recommend Chain of Woe and Gunslingers Trance plus armor that increases your ammo count and reload speed of hand cannons. If you're not a hunter i highly stress getting the gauntlets that increase relaid speed. As for tips all I can say is just practice. Learn the guns recoil through just having in patrol. Practice makes perfect
