Hello, need support, not let me play multiplayer. it's unfair that i can not play for a bungie error

He probably got banned. His English sucks but I think he meant Bungie made an error in banning him from multiplayer.

A ban is not a bungie error, a ban means you screwed the pooch and your not going to be playing again. So which is it?
