To each their own and you should play as you please.
Just dont assume if you see a female player or someone playing with a female character, that they are looking for anything else than to play and enjoy the game.
People need to stop spamming female players with game invites and PSN friend requests because you know what...... it blocks my -blam!-ing radar when you do it!!!

don't like it? Then make a male character! Problem solved. But to ask an every growing video game empire to stop its treads? Don't play the game. Males are attracted to females, why do you think your tune was built to perfectly proportioned? Wasn't to play dress up dear, its to attracted the 12-40 year old males who love a perfectly blump female character. Im sorry but this is the reason that my wife flips her lid too. She goes to the tower and gets 20 friend requests. Just the way things are.
