I think it's broken for many of us. Me and my friend both used it and did not have a pumpkin head for the duration of the use.

I used all three and they didn't work. Tried one after night fall, then heroic, then dialy story. No go. Xbox One.

Yep same here. Have seen some people in the tower with the pumpkin heads so I'm sure it works for some. Wonder if bungie will address it or let it stay broken.
