Sadly Hunters bring nothing to the team. I'm sorry man, but Hunters need a new class that will make them a part of the team.
Warlocks have sunsinger.
Titans have defender.
Hunters... Nada, nothing, zero.
It hurts badly cus I chose to level my Hunter before Warlock. Hunters are skimpy too. They die too easy. Golden gun is garbage in pve (it doesn't do more damage than Ice Breaker or Patience and Time). Blade dancer in VoG is just no-no.

I use a voidwalker with blink and basically max agi and no armor in raid, and i use that to my advantage. I USE SPEED TO GET IN AN OUT OF COVER WHERE I CANT BE HIT.

Golden Gun works perfect on oracles or mods.

Ice breaker works better and can be used whenever.

I tried it with the Ice Breaker but always needed two shots for oracles so it was little easier with the GG And taking out harpies works better with GG for me then with the ice breaker

Three shots is simply not enough. You can tell yourself that it is, but Hunters simply bring nothing to the team. 4 Warlocks with Sunsinger - Radiance, Self resurrect. 2-5 orbs per kill. 2 Titans with Defender - Ward of Dawn, Blessings of Light. 5 orbs per bubble, one orb per melee kill. Hunter with Gunslinger - Golden gun... 1 orb per kill.

titans drop 2-3 orbs in the bubble and unless you are a troll and use anything but weapons of light.

4 shots with the right equipment and you don't need orbs at the atheon part

There are more parts than Atheon, and 4 shots is still nothing to the rest of the team. Just re-roll until they add a team based class.

I got fed up with carrying garbage like you. I won't touch the raid again until I have players that contribute to the success of the team.

LOL! there is literally a hunter and voidwalker who solod the whole hard mode raid. and you cant even do regular with like idk 3 people?

I actually completed it with a team of 4 hunters. Second most kills on my side so stfu.

Give you that, it's not a support class but it's usefull in it's own ways. I got through the raid with 4 hunter and one titan and a warlock. So works just fine.
