Super Good Advice's viability?

So I have it sitting and waiting to be used for something, if anything. Without your usual "this gun sucks" replies, can anyone give me a scenario in which this gun (with perks) can be used? I would like to give all exotics I get a try but this gun... meh. I have Hezen Vengeance but since I dont have any legendary or higher machine guns, I prefer using that and don't really see other benefits for it.

I used it quite effectively recently in pve. I was heartened and will eventually give it a try in pvp. I used cqb ballistics and any other perks to increase stability and range and of course I had super good advice unlocked. I was soloing the daily mission in the archive at 28. Normally I rarely resort to heavies in pve outside of strike bosses or walkers. However juggler was on and I had heavy ammo packs that had dropped so I switched to it. However, instead of engaging close or medium and spraying; I found a higher ledge and popped off a round or two at a time. Whenever I had a break to reload, I did but I noticed that the clip wasn't even half empty. I took my time and finished out the mission without ever switching back to primary. So this is the thing. You make every shot count because nearly every one that doesn't goes back in the clip. And every shot landed is a heavy machine gun caliber shot landed so major damage. The trick is not to spray it and waste all your second and third chances. Rather use it when you want steady firepower and you are not being rushed for maximum efficiency. However if you do get rushed by vandals or thralls, you can always lay on the trigger when they get close. For bigger baddies, it's even better as they are easier to hit - watch that captain tuck tail and run! Perhaps hip fire is easier to control under sustained fire up close - never really got a chance to test it out. It was my first exotic weapon but barely used it because of the stability issues and having better options. I'm not even sure why I had it equipped during that mission but I'm glad I did. The thing is, a small buff to either stability or range and it may become OP very quickly, but I would like to see it get something to make it a bit more viable. It is the easiest exotic bounty though.
