I'm confused, so owners of katana, a group in which you needed every achievement in the game to join. Was replaced with a new policy in which all you have to do is own an exotic weapon/armor? Why isn't it about having all of Destiny's achievements?

I understand that changed when more achievements came to being,. I guess it just seems as if you and I have very different views of what OTK was/represented.
