Daily "where's the Bad Juju/Thorn buff you announced over a month ago?" thread
Well?
You have the time to nerf the Mythoclast and adjust values for Scout Rifles across the board within the same time span, but don't have the time to buff the exotics you stated you were going to adjust over a month ago? At the time when you announced the buffs, 99% of the community didn't even know the Mythoclast existed. Yet, the Mythoclast got adjusted before the other guns get their already announced buffs? Do you even logic?
There's really no excuse for it at this point.
Edit: I realize some of you think the Thorn does not need a buff, and while that's fine (I don't have it, I don't know), it's also missing the point. The real focus here is the fact that Bungie announced that they were going to buff both the Bad Juju and Thorn over a month ago, yet no changes have been made still (but changes were made to other guns during the same time frame).

Also can someone explain the perk that increases range and impact but decreases stability? because the change to the stat bar for range and impact can hardly be seen, but it takes a huge chunk out of stability. Is the difference in range even noticeable?

Thorn is a great PvP gun in my opinion so no need to buff it there but here is an idea for a PvE buff. Why not allow Thorn to over-penetrate Solar, Arc and Void shield of enemies? Maybe even allow it to pierce Kabal shields and Hydra shields? Just an idea that kinda fits with the gun and it's Exotic rarity. Maybe you could choose between the damage over time aspect and shield penetration. Bad JuJu on the other hand is just kinda all around bad. Maybe have a debuff placed on shot enemies that increase the damage done, or if all shots of a burst connect a 4th shot is fired from reserve ammo? Any way just an idea, but It would be nice to actually use Bad JuJu, it's a pretty badass looking gun.

1 ReplyFor someone who uses the bad juju like all of the time especially in pvp and raids only thing it really needs is higher impact and a bigger mag that's really it seriously yeah void damage would be nice but I don't need it the gun is a nice challenge as is I love it's rate of fire compared to other pulse rifles for real. So yeah with my use of it in pvp if I had to pick either high impact or more rounds I'd have to go with a bigger mag nothing frustrates me more then shooting a mofo and running dry at the last second or having to reload

My thorn is powerful iv PvE its not a terrible handcannon doing damage overtime is nice in the crucrible.

I feel there is a definite learning curve and it's taking me se time but now Thorn is an amazing weapon as it stands. If and when Bungie wants to buff it, that is their business. Until the. In going to keep drilling Guardians in the head in Crucible matches.

Bad juju needs a damage boost and an ammo boost from 15 up to 28 (like the fwc The Conduit) and maybe a buff like radar stays active (like the conduit as well) and scrap the hip fire accuracy. Thorn needs to be stronger as well since the other exotic hand cannons are so good. I feeling a stronger tick on the poison. Poison needs to last a least as long as a reload get refreshed on the target when a new shot is hit. Maybe a poison tick buff if headshot? Like in pve 3 headshots would buff the tick from say 100 a sec to 130 and would cap out at 130. (100 and 130 are just arbitrary numbers I havent yet unlocked the poison ability for thorn so I dont know exactly the damage it does but watching youtube videos of pvp it ticks at 7 in crucible)

5 RepliesBad ju ju will still suck after and buff unless it's a godly one , gun hold 15 bullets average reload speed and it's first perk being better accuracy when fired from the hip , I don't understand what there intentions were with this gun but it's awful
