I would be more annoyed if he sold "garbage" exotics lol. Also, I heard his stuff has lower stats too anyways tho. Only weapon I got from him was ice breaker, and i did get a chest from his engram, pretty lucky there, but I am not sure if engram ones have lower stats too. For example, sometimes, almost 40 or so stat points are lower on bought items at times. (120 vs 160)

That's actually false. I compared my found weapons & armor to what he was selling and they were identical at base stats

Same here. I don't even know if it is true or not, but I have seen posts here and there. They could be misunderstandings though.
