What Bungie/Activision fail to see

Yes, I'm satisfied with the story as is.

Poll question: Was Destiny's story at launch satisfying? Was Destiny watered down to appeal to younger gamers and achieve a Teen rating? What Bungie/Activision and many other game developers and publishers don't realize, is that more money is spent by adults that play games, than adults that buy games only for their children. Go into any video game retailer store and watch the parents there with their children. They usually tell their kids something similar to "You have $20 from your birthday and that game is too much, you need to pick out something else". It's the adults that go into a game store and buy the same copy of a game on two different platforms, or buy two of the same game for their household so their girlfriend/spouse can play with them. Go to any midnight launch event and its mostly adults there. Make a game rich with storytelling, and exciting with fun gameplay that takes critical thinking, and you can take money from adults for years. World of Warcraft has been out since 2001! For 13 years adults have been pouring money into that game, and many still are! I think Activision was looking to make a quick buck off Destiny, which they did. Kudos. But I will never pre-order another game, and I will never purchase DLC again unless the base game is already satisfying.
