I can understand this notion and my fiends and I have recently came to the conclusion that many of the ridiculous stipulations and hard to attain items are due to them wanting to continue the longevity of the game...but desring to play the game should be so because the content available is sincerely compelling...not because we cant even experience half of the loot/content and were striving indefinitley to try and do so...I played halo 2-3 for 1 and 1/2 years straight for each and that was when dlc was a rare occurence...

Alot of these triple a titles don't give a rats ass about the consumer anymore. All we are to them is a statistic. 1 sale that's gona make them money. I'm a ps4 player so this is my first experience with bungie. And it is nowhere near a good one. But from the past people love bungie, so I have no idea what has happened to them. Maybe it's Activision.. I don't know. We can only speculate why this game is such a disappointment. But I know one thing, if we as the consumer continue to support games like this that give us less than the bare minimum all companies will follow suit.

I can definitley agree with alot said...as a rounded console player, I can say having experienced all former bungie titles (at least in regards to the halo franchise) that bungie is a prodound company that does sincerely care for their cutomers, as evident with the amount of patches (and yes while many things haven't been addressed which sincerely dissapoints and infuriates me they still have done some patches and addressed community concerns which some companies would never do) theyve made and the only reason i'm posting here is in hopes and understanding that because bungie cares that one day this will be addressed, hopefully one day very close to us haha...I would never waste time on an activision thread...if your new to bungie I'd say give them some time to get settled as they did lose several employees to 343 industries who are undertaking the continuation of the halo franchise, but there are still many pre-existing and skilled bungie employees still working for them that will hopefully make this game sincerely better with time...we can only sit and hope at this point unfortunatly but i try my best to point them in the right direction with threads that I hope theyll read...if you remember assassins creed 1 if you played it the first was amazing but became lackluuster immediatley due to a lack of content...then assassins creed 2 came out and it was incredible with an enourmous amount of content/customization to experience...some flagship games need time and considering this is a new franchise I can only hope it gets better in the "near" future...also sorry for the long post...
