I have played MW3, COD and COD II - but I'm a Halo Guy. Played Halo CE (on Mac), then Halo CeE H2, H3, H3 ODST, Halo Reach and (sadly) H4 on XB 360. I prefer a level playing field for weapons and a more skill based game.
After 343 got done with H4, I'm not sure I'll be buying H5 or even the Halo MCC.
