Spartan ll>Spartan l>Spartan lll>ODSTs/ spartan 4>gardian without super but a guardian with a super is on the level of a spartan 1 or even a spartan 2.

ROFLMAO do you even lore? Spartan 2s by far. Spartan 3s following. Then spartan 1s. Then 4s. Then ODST. Titans probably have much better armor and abilities and stuff but they're combat training would be leagues worse than any spartan.
