The snipers can't break the rules. They are placed there by the people who make the game. Players were never meant to be on those platforms. If you know how the mechanics work you can see that. So, to enforce the intentions they had to change the rules to read enemies=yes, players=no, which is the way it was supposed to be anyways. I love this game, but this community is going to drive me crazy @_@.
