Sure, this does all sound great but that story is literally the set up to the game itself. We knew most of this from trailers and vidocs from nearly two years ago. It really makes you wonder and anxious to know more but it seems like there isn't much more after that. Any real conflict in Destiny occurs and ends with each mission, making it seem to have no significance at all.

So, are you saying what we know, the background (story), is a forward or prologue in essence? Our gaming should be the (continuation of the story (line)? I agree with that, but still consider the plot, or lore, as a story. If someone wrote a scifi novel of that time, that'd be a complete story for sure.
