Amazing idea for Xûr

I don't ever post here because I don't like most of this community, but this idea just had to be shared. Every time Xûr arrives to the tower, he should sell one elemental mod for one of the three weapon types. For example; one week, he could be selling a void damage mod for special weapons for around 25 strange coins. Another week he might sell an arc mod for for primary for around 30 strange coins. (I say 30 instead of 25 because primary weapons generally don't have specific damage types other than kinetic) What I'm saying is that each week, he can sell a random damage type for a random weapon type. But he would only sell one per week. If you wanted a damage type for your primary, and he had heavy, you'd have to wait a week or two. That's my idea. You don't have to like my idea. I don't care if you tell me, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

The reason it is rare for a primary to have an element is balancing. The idea behind it is that you should not be able to spam unlimited waves of element without having to sacrifice certain things. Look at the Vault of Glass Scout rifle for example. While I would want this, it is unlikely without a set system for reductions by running it, and the reductions will probably make the player not want to use it anyway. Its all in the name of stopping devaluation (even though RNGesus and Xûr seem to be doing an awfully bad job at stopping it) EDIT: It would also ruin the intricate trilogy system set up with the legendaries. Each faction's version of something takes one part of each of the trilogies. Being able to mess this up would also be a no-no.
Example: The three faction fusion rifles each take one of the elements. Monarchy weapons are generally arc, FWC solar, and Dead Orbit void. After this trilogy, Dead Orbit's Final Rest favours the in between strategy and increased reloading with 25 charge, 84 impact, 44 range, 39 stability, and 64 reload, New Monarchy's Purifier favours the slowest firing (18) hardest hitting (91) with 42 range, 65 stability, and 55 magazine, FWC's The Calming is about getting as many shots off as possible (37 charge) and has the lowest impact (71) along with 35 range, 33 stability, and 51 Reload. See? Each one takes a side in the trilogy, much like the Warlock, Hunter, and Titan.
