Do you guys think it's fair to assume that Destiny has 3 intertwining and unfolding stories?

If not 'stories', more like 'categories of story' or 'spheres' Science: Rasputin, warminds, Vex, Golden Age technology Spirituality: Dark vs Light, balance, Darkness, Traveler, life and death Survival: Fallen, Cabal, humanity, war, struggling in the wilderness I don't like seeing theories like "OMG Rasputin is the Traveler" or "Rasputin is the Darkness", I think they are stupid because I feel they cross into the different spheres of the story.

 • Yes, people often try to tie everything together into one grand theory, but there may be several plot lines at work.
Spirituality: Dark vs Light, balance, Darkness, Traveler, life and death.
I see "Light" and "Dark" not as good or evil, but rather two ways of being, of approaching the universe. Darkness seems to be a purely mechanistic, utilitarian view--only the most ruthless civilizations will survive, so we must be more ruthless than anyone else (Toland's 3 queens card). Light seems to be the opposite--a cooperative view: races should help each other get through this thing, whatever it is.
