Explain your username

Why did you pick your username? Does it have a special meaning? Is it an inside joke? I chose mine because I love the color orange and everyone trusts a doctor.

I made it because I wanted not only a name that rhymed, but also one that would bring a chuckle to my fellow players. Truth be told, I don't even like Twinkies :D
