Red Death destroys The Stranger's Rifle in PvP. As for PvE? The gun is a Level 16 Rare with a very low Attack modifier. It's worthless in higher-level challenges (Heroic, Nightfall, Raid, etc.)

The return health when killing perk tho is amazing.

what about in pvp? How fast does the red death kill? If you have enough time to return a decent amount of health using red death in pvp, you probably have enough to regenerate normally too
