Well being that your forced to drag your ass in pretty much every game mode in a variety dry game, sure i would be interested in improvement, but then thrers pretty much no point in doing the raid with his system, being that vangaurd at least to me seems to have better stats,or most faction legendaries, there would be no point to get raid gear without overhauling their stats. And theres really no reason to get to level 28 or higher unless your intending to do vog on hard, So i would think unless you overhaul how leveling works/matters in this game, and the rewards for raiding, theres no point, not to mention just becauce there are other players who only do pvp etc, doesnt mean you have to cater level design to all of them, they did cater gear to every playstyle though, and i think it should remain that way.
