This is true......Being a Titan, am I the only one that thinks a guy full of armor plating, needs to have more defense and armor than a warlock and hunter? Seems stupid that they gave the classes a unilateral defense score, when titans require a "be in your face" power moves to be successful.

Arc blade requires you to be up close and personal as well.

Yes.....and no...they can leap and cloak as well...thus hence the gif.

But you get to move crazy fast while the Titan does not.

Titans have super fast melee attacks and when you kill somebody with a titan melee you get your health and an overshield. Like, what the heck? And warlocks can go toe to toe with a hunter but both classes have to have their super charge active. If you try to fight with anybody while they have their super charge then more than likely its gonna be game over. When you play as a hunter you have to be absolutely accurate with all things you do. Throwing knives require very accurate throws and so do the grenades. Honestly every class has their own weaknesses and strengths when you compare them together. Its like everything kind of flows in a circle if you catch my drift. You just have to be good enough to notice those strengths and weaknesses as you play. Dont stick to your play style cause its comfortable. Use your brain and think. Ive killed tons of people with arc blades attacks simply by dodging and shooting them in the face multiple times.

Actually you get one or the other depending on class, it is pretty unreliable seeing as the game has kill trades where the ability activates but you get no benefit from it because you die first leaving you to respawn with the ability on cooldown. The titan doesn't have range on their melee losing out to both warlock and hunter in the very common scenarios of cqc particularly with shotgun + melee follow up. While the titan class needs to kill with melee to trigger their ability the warlock just needs to hit you and gets the same shielding making them a better more reliable tank than the tank class.
