Some people don't have a very flexible schedule and this happens to be their time to play. This would have been prime time for me to level a new character, given my work schedule, but oh well. Am I irritated? Mildly. The time and day they chose for long maintenence seems a bit foolish and I think in part that contributes to many of the people's frustration. I wouldn't get too hung up on the plethora of "whiny" posts. It was bound to happen.
