I understand some of the points you are making. Obviously the raid gear is not the final step, sooner or later i will have to get ride of my gear. But in its current state, there [i]is[/i] nothing else to do at level thirty, so while level 30 may be more like a badge of honor, why should raiders (lucky ones at that) be the only ones with that badge? What about the crucible champions? The faction heroes who are rank 10 for some strange reason? Team cooperation should not surmount time spent in game. Level thirty should be a testimony of your loyalty to destiny, not proof that your good at fps's in general. Save that for the emblems. With two months left before expansion, shouldnt the people who have played everyday with no luck for a raid run still be able to say that they are level thirty? Getting back to basics, isnt leveling up about [i]playing[/i] the game in the first place?
