The Monte Carlo Needs to be Overhauled

The Monte Carlo, the sleek white assault rifle with artistic runes inscribed throughout its glorious form, and the satisfying noise it projects upon the squeeze of its trigger. Sucks. The abilities that are exclusive to this gun, the "Monte Carlo Method" are useless, I honestly barely notice any difference before and after I equip this "exotic" rifle. However nor do I really pay enough attention to arrive at any conclusive hypothesis as to whether or not it is at all beneficial to my Level 28 Human Warlock. The thing is, it needs better abilities, I want to feel like the Cryptarch's immensely generous gift for me after the reluctant onslaught I had invoked upon General Valus Ta-Aurc of the Cabal and his fearsome Level 28 reinforcements, was even worth it. My excitement soared above its peak as the yellow shine glimmered across my screen after the Cryptarch's identification of the Legendary Engram I had seized from Valus Ta-Aurc's ashes. I'm not fully dissatisfied with this weapon, I'm just saying, there are some changes that I believe must be applied. The "Hip Fire" ability is useless, because hip fire with this gun is so hard to control seeing as its recoil is like what seems to be a hurricane raging in the palms of my hands. I suggest the ability maintains its name, but the gun's name "Monte Carlo" is kind've stupid in my honest opinion. Considering this gun's sleek design, the intimidating bayonet, and the beauty of the etchings that engulf the membrane of this firearm. My suggestion, "Sunsinger". That's right, the name of the fiery subclass of the Warlock. Oh, and while we're on that topic, how about we change that name to, perhaps, "Starwielder". Additionally, the "Monte Carlo Method" (or "Sunsinger's Song" I suppose) should instead be an ability that makes the "Sunsinger/Monte Carlo" a fire weapon. I've fully upgraded this thing and it isn't handling with that "exotic" vibe I seriously believe I should be constantly receiving. Perhaps increase its rate of fire, and the overall size of the rifle. Think about it, if you even see this among the chaos that has been named "Feedback". Edit: Just some minor errors I've always tended to overlook.
