After a month of PVP, I finally found a .gif that sums up Bladedancers.
Or at least what it feels like when I see my whole team get Arc Bladed lol
Kudos to anyone who actually knows what game that's from.

I was getting frustrated with the blade dancer special, too. BUT, I'm getting familiar with the sound it makes when someone activates it, and of course the animation, so I run away until it ends. Got chased while on first light, trying to take a zone. Saw dude activate it when looking thru the window, so I ran around the building until his arc blade expired. By that time, a teammate showed up and killed him instead. One of many Benny Hill moments I have in crucible.

I wouldn't mind them lowering that damage reduction to makes it a little more fair, and I'm speaking as both a Warlock and fully leveled Bladedancer Hunter, I've felt both the hilt and edge of that blade.

13 RepliesCheck this: Some _unt arc bladder comes at me, well I'm not about to let some little shit kill me with this retarded move. He pops it and starts coming down lengthy path (like only a tard should do). I say "fk it" i can unload my whole clip from my shotgun and this guy will probably still come out with the win, so i decide to use my super to counter his. Well, he sent a shockwave out, which was surprising cause all i ever see is the little hunter bastards use the mindless basic attack. The shockwave reached me and 1 shot me from a good distance, out of my shotgun reach(as if he had to fear it). Just before he does send the shockwave i'm sending my Nova bomb out, Scatter. He jumps right after the shockwave, "a futile thing to try to evade a the radius" is what i basically think. The Nova bombs hit all under him. He walks away with the kill and i'm left waiting for the shit ass lazy Bungie Destiny Reaper to claim his soul, after he is done pulling that chicken leg from his obese tit. Nothing happens tho, it eventually occurs to me that clearly that BS arc blade damage reduction helped him survive with possibly enough armor increase. I didn't think it could get more BS, but I ain't seen everything yet!. SHUT UP!, THAT SKY IS BEAUTIFUL!!

Jump away and shotgun and then melee or MG the butts off most of them because people don't know how to use it properly and just mash the slash. I've been melee'd and 1 shotted by shotties out of arcblade so many times. Of course the other 2 classes could just mash their nukes out and take 3 or 4 slashes in the animation and disintegrate Hunters too. If you played Hunter you would experience how painfully hard work their supers are compared to the nuke classes.

Srry to say this i was a blade dancer then went back to golden gun. One quickscope to a blade dancer shuts them down. Backing up while unloading a mag on one shuts them down the fatsest. Golden Gun shuts down interceptors turrets bladedancers and pearces through enemies for more than 3 people to be taken out. Many die when im with the golden gun.

Try to help one another instead of hurting each other. You'd be amazed at the difference it will make in your perception and the skill increase in other peoples play. Lets just all be friends. :)

4 RepliesLet's see. With only a 25% armor buff, 5% movement speed buff, and the taletale zapping noise of the Arcblade start, I have to say that most players just suck ass. As a hunter, the only times I have [i]ever[/i] been killed by another Arcblader fall into two categories. A: I'm reloading when it happens. This usually happens after I kill several of the AB's teammates and ran out of rounds. The AB, supers before I finish, dashes around the corner and decapitates me. B: When the AB used their super too far away from me to hear the activation, and come from the side. I expect a gun, only to get chopped up. Tips for ArcBlading: When you charge someone, don't ever jump unless they're throwing a grenade or using their 1HKO supers, otherwise Slide toward them when they try to Fusion you, or when you enter Melee/Shotgun range. I'm not even great at PVP and I see all of you friggen scrubs whining it up about one of the three supers you aren't nigh invincible for.
