Continued Disconnects

A month after release I and many others are still experiencing disconnects. This is getting ridiculous. I'm not normally one to complain, I generally sit on the side lines, follow tutorials where needed and just get on with my life but an average of one disconnect or RTO every 15 minutes is a touch annoying. I haven't even tried joining any raids as what's the point at this time? I've had every connection error under the sun (mainly centipede and bee with the occasional zebra) and followed other players tutorials or advice. Heeded advice from Bungie themselves and even contacted my ISP to check if they have the right IP ranges for Destiny in their databases (they do). I have all applicable ports open, firewall rules enabled and even made a gaming profile on my router specifically for Destiny and my PS4. Destiny is throttling my internet connection and I can't even run anything else on my line whilst playing this annoyingly addictive game because disconnect averages go from 1:15 to 1:5. I have a reliable connection and ISP, have run speedtest after speedtest, deliberately throttled my connection by having uTorrent, Netflix and internet gaming (BF4 and GTA5 running simultaneously on PS4 and PS3) all running smoothly at the same time with next to no packet loss or lag. The second I start up Destiny on its own then I disconnect continuously. Bungie have millions in their pockets, server stability is a joke and seems that this resolution to a very glaring problem isn't being fixed fast enough. I love this game, although it is a bit small, but I'm far from threats or trading it in. If you've read this far then I thank you but my question is this; What the hell is actually being done by Bungie to fix the horrible uptime/downtime issues?
