WHEN will these disconnects end?!?!

Seriously? Today I've tried to do the same mission 4 times, I got one caterpillar, two ferret, and I just got another new one the Canary, because YOUR game disconnected me from xboxlive. NOT MY CONNECTION! I've called xbox for support twice, both times they said let's try this this this this this this and this. 3 hours of wasted phone dialog! And you know what? NOTHING HAS CHANGED! NOT A SINGLE THING. I got to level 20 by the crucible because I don't have issues there, gee I wonder if that's a GIANT -blam!-ING CLUE? But do you guys honestly care? I doubt it, I haven't see ONE real article from you on this HUGE problem.
