Have not been able to play for weeks!!!!!

Dear Bungie, My brother has been trying to play Destiny for weeks now, and he constantly gets kicked from servers with error codes "Caterpillar" and "Hawk". He has opened the ports suggested for his router and even had a fellow Destiny player help him with his router setup as well. He even has tried a wired connection and has no luck. He had become frustrated and is giving up on Destiny. Please help him enjoy the $100.00 that he spent for Destiny the same way that I get to enjoy Destiny. Thank you.

  • I was able to play for 8 hours straight when the last patch came out. The next day until now I haven't been able to stay connected without receiving a caterpillar error between logging in and 5 minutes of gameplay. I honestly think they are working on a solution it's just slower than we would like. I hope bungie gives us players with problems some items like an Xp booster or special items for all the troubles we have been getting when they fix all the errors. Hang in there buddy you're not alone with these errors it’s just going to take some time before they root out all the problems.
