I have both and here is my verdict: Patience: Good for pvp Ice Breaker: Good for pve Also praedyth isn't to bad either. Mainly due to it's high stability and 6 bullet clip.

  • For snipers, Patience and Time. Icebreaker can shoot 6 shots but has a slower fire rate than P&T. It takes 5 seconds to regenerate 1 bullet. Youre shooting at Atheon for roughly 15 seconds during Times Vengeance. With Icebreaker, assuming it takes 6 seconds to shoot 6 shots, you will get a 7th shot, so 7 shots (Regenerating one shot during firing) at Atheon, and 3 seconds later get an 8th. (8 Shots in 10 seconds, 9 shots in 15 seconds) With P&T, assuming it takes 6 seconds to shoot 6 shots (Even though P&T has a higher fire rate) and subtracting 1 second for reload time, you can shoot 13 shots in 15 seconds. TL;DR - P&T has higher DPS. Icebreaker: 9 Shots in 15 seconds. Patience and Time: 13 Shots in 15 seconds. (The times are all estimations since I dont actually known the speed at which they shoot.)
