all of this stuff is already on Disk.... Activision just wants you to pay to unlock it.

When Lion head Studios did this with Black and White 1 and Fable it caused an uproar. BnW had all stuff from future expansion save for one creature on the install disc, fable 1 had everything except the new map. Of course, that was back when you had to go out and buy the expansion box, so it was even worse.

Except, all of this (except a few things, maybe) is not on-disk, and I'm sure a lot of this was never even thought of when creating Destiny. For one example, I can guarantee you that different sitting positions are not disk-locked and to be released as part of the "expansions."
