Iron Banner - what's the point?
What is the point of running event for high level players with regular level of rewards. We can buy the same level of armor from cruicible/vanguard merchants. Armor from IB only looks good and that's all.
I understand previous event (Queen's something) where players in fresh 20 and a little of friend help could get a legendary armor - this is good for start and with such armor you can go and win something better (lvl 24 strike/raid).
So, what is the point of playing Iron Banner? Most of us 28+ (we are target of this event imo) already has at least cruicible/vanguard armors with some exotics. Give us something better to win in IB. Give us the point!

It's just an idea - maybe some "only pvp" adventages from IB armors. could be a great substitute for regular (raid/faction) armors

Yeah, it's not great. Plus, enabling level advantages doesn't change a lot.

Agreed. Other than the astetic cape and armband and stuff (forgive me if thats spelled wrong) theres nothing I can gain from this. Why would I loose my raid gear and already ranked up weapons for lower tier gear and re skins of weapons. Plus if you domt have raid gear as you said you probably already have vanguard, crucible, monarchy etc ranked up. As a lvl 29 I would like something else though dont get me wrong I love tha game im just speakin my thoughts.
