The game needs this so badly. I totally chose the wrong skin shade at creation. If they did implement a barber and/or plastic surgeon, they should actually add 10's if not hundreds of new hairstyles and features that aren't in the creation screen. Make it a place we can spend glimmer and get addition things. Hell well not have drops that contain new cosmetic features? EXPAND IT BUNGIE! Please :D
