PS4 "Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere."

I was playing destiny then kept getting disconnected along with all of my friends after this latest update. Now they can all sign back in and play but I can only access singleplayer parts of the game. When I try to join their fireteam or crucible I get a popup saying "Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." I called PSN Support and they said I wasn't signed in anywhere else but on my PS4. To be safe I changed my email and password. I have also restored my licenses and restarted my PS4 multiple times. Yet i keep getting the same message. Has anyone else had this problem and come up with a solution? If you call the Activision helpline and select destiny all they do is tell you to go to Bungies help website. Which, as much as I love Bungie and all of their games, is completely worthless.

same here, this is totally inexcusable. pay $100 dollars to get a complete game... then they can't even provide decent support... they just farm it out to some forum moderators and twitter posts. I can't even find related posts to my problem because the search function here is useless.
