You go into a Strike to complete it... not to chest farm and farm materials.
GTFO.

A bit to rude but He's right.

Not really.. you get a higher chance in getting engrams in strikes than patrolling a planet. Atleast for me that is. If u want to skip to the boss then go ahead but dont get mad if im not there helping with the boss haha
-
No, it's the same chance for loot to drop as in patrol... I'm sorry but when you want to farm engrams by killing low lvl mobs please don't do that while competing a strike. While doing a strike you also have enemies to kill in the dark zones, when that's not enough for you then please play patrol

Wasnt talking about the low level mobs. Sorry if I was misunderstood
-
Level doesn't matter in that case it's the same random loot on every enemy level

Edited by Twohothardware: 10/7/2014 6:48:17 AMAll I know is I've had three Legendaries drop in Strikes since Friday as well as one tonight in the Lvl 28 Story but have not seen a single one in Patrol since the patch even after farming a couple of the new popular spots on Earth off an on for a few hours to test. Maybe it's luck and Bungie didn't increase the drop rate for the Lvl 24 and up areas when they decreased the drops everywhere else but it doesn't matter, if you're going to spend a lot of time playing Strikes there's no point in skipping the mobs that are part of the Strike because it doesn't speed up the win but by a few minutes and even one blue Engram drop is basically half a Strikes reward.

Edited by KA1M1K4ZE: 10/7/2014 6:49:36 AMWhen you're talking about the mobs in the dark area, yes I agree but otherwise not. Man you were lucky then. The "only" drop I got was Hawkmoon after a game of Control (my first gold drop) but couldn't find anything legendary for over a week...

I didn't get much out of them though, a Pulse Rifle, some Ascendant Shards, and a cape for a Hunter which I don't have.
