So right. I always murder every enemy and pick up anything useful i see if its on the path the team is following. Ppl rush ahead i keep killin and at end game they get shit and i have at least 6-8 blues maybe even a purple

They don't get "shit" actually, any engrams blue or higher that drop are delivered to them in the mail as "lost items," so you're actually helping/rewarding them for rushing.

Unless you're standing within a close distance to the person that gets the kill you get nothing from their kills regardless of you being in a Fireteam with them. Which is why when you run ahead and catch up with people in front of you that have cleared the way through you'll see there's not even ammo on the ground.

easy way to fix that at end boss. you run in die. everyone is ported to you. LOL

.. most boss rooms you cant escape from. are you that stupid? The nexus. yep the way to get out. there is none. flayers. door seals shut. archon priest. cant jump that high to escape. the only ones i think you can is sepkis prime. and hell i think thats the only one.
