I run through them as fast as possible. I completely disagree with you on the quality of the end game rolls as I have gotten fantastic results from them. I also get significantly more engrams significantly faster by running straight through everything that is unnecessary for completion and completing the strike as fast as possible. I understand it can be frustrating if only one person does it in the strike, but at the same time I will not sit through the tedium of killing everything in the strike when I could complete three strikes in the same amount of time.
