Or you could just finish the quest for the guaranteed drop. Percentages for drops from mobs are bad enough to justify spamming the quest. You go ahead and spend half an hour for the hope that you'll get a couple blues. I'll be over here nuking the boss every ten minutes for a guarantee. That's common sense.
