An arc shield only arc primarys can shoot off would be better
Also not having to press r1 to attack, it should be a walking aoe
I know from experience I'm a hunter, and arc blade is hard to use ATM

The hunter subclasses are pure dps, so when measured by offense and defense, the hunter isn't over-powered compered to the other classes, it is like the assassin-class. High burst-dps, low defense. When you enter arc-blade mode though, you gain about 50% damage resistance. And it doesn't take much skill to spam the RB/R1 button. Play gunslinger, it takes skill and probably has the most balanced super in the game. Small window of time to use it, get 3-4 shots of instant-kill, works just like a handcannon, and you get little to no damage resistance.

No, I haven't. Even though it interests me, I don't like attempting things that are designed to make the whole team turn on each other. I like the vault of glass, but it is plenty hard on normal-mode without the perma-death :p
