Gosh why is everyone so sarcastic on the forums? I honestly like it when people are willing to help with the expierences they've gathered by, hopefully, playing throughly PvE and PvP. I have a few questions since I was and still am a cling to hand cannons since the beta of Destiny. So, like, how can I improve my prediction and stability in PvE/PvP when I want to focus down someone inparticular? I find my self seemingly always over shooting or not being able to track enemies heads long enough before my crosshair goes flying away and I have to re-adjust. I play on a sensitivity of 3. Also how can I utilize my hand cannon in PvP such as how to engage and disengage? What playstyle is the hand cannon more suited too? Or is it more of a preference?

 • Iv been using hand cannon ever since I got an exotic drop and it revealed the last word. As I was waiting for an auto rifle I decided to give it a go and was surprised how much skill is actually required to use it. Now that i have it fully upgraded it is a completely different gun. It fires auto with great impact and stability. It definitely still requires skill in movement to utilise properly. It's the type of gun that will win you 1 on 1 battles all day regardless of what you come up against. It's harder when you have more than one player to deal but going in and out of cover usually helps. Also it's very accurate holding a the trigger down but even more so if you tap the trigger in mid or long range as it has less recoil and takes down targets quicker than holding trigger as it recoils a bit less and is better than hip firing unless you are close range

 • Okay. For controlling stability you just honestly have to master it. Also, a HC wIth good stability is never a bad choice. Like The Devil You Know has good stability and has the ability that when you cause damage you increase your stability. Also you have to time your shots. HC can drop people in 2-3 shots. As for play style they definitely favor a more non aggressive route. You won't be someone with an auto rifle at close range unless you can get quick head shots. But you really need to practice predicting the recoil and aiming for the head. A lot of PvP kills will be headshots because they get like 80-90 damage depending on how much impact the gun has. You also have to be cool under fire. There have been countless times where I've engaged an enemy close range and won because I kept my cool and got quick headshots. Additionally strafing while shooting will also come in handy

 • I am currently walking back to my dorm. When I get back I'll be able to sit down and answer all your questions.
