Yeah they are already hard to kill, a hunter arcbladed right in front of me in to which my responce was to pull out my rockets and shoot him directly in the face. Upon doing so I noticed he lived and I had only knocked out his shields. So I had to shoot off another rocket to finish the job, last I checked if arcbladers didn't already have strong shields while using their supers, the first rocket that hit him directly in the face should have killed him.
