can you explain why the things listed are true? you may have listed many things and even added a picture with facts on it, but ( unless I'm just a complete idiot and missed it, I do that some times ) you don't have a source to prove these facts. also you state that it causes global warming, which is a bit missleading, saying that it contributes to global warming would be less.
The picture says it wastes water, rational thinking says you need alot of food for these animals, to produce all the food you waste alot of water, but also alot of farming grounds (world hunger) and you also produce alot of greenhouse gasses. Just imagine how many animals you eat every year and how much this animal has eaten his whole life!
You don't need exact numbers to understand this!
Only a few of his points are statistical claims, so I'll provide some sources for those.
4: By this he would be specifically referring to greenhouse gas emissions. http:// www.fao.org/docrep/010/a0701e/a0701e00.htm (this is the entire report, but it is split into sections)
5: http://www.epa.gov/agriculture/ag101/cropmajor.html

http://www.news.cornell.edu/stories/1997/08/us-could-feed-800-million-people-grain-livestock-eat (an admittedly older source, but still provides relevant information)
As for his claim about the oceans, I haven't investigated. He provided his own source for his final point about nutrition, but I may as well provide another. Keep in mind that there is a lot of misinformation out there for every angle, but this is one source I find satisfactorily un-biased and reliable.
