Strategies you use with a hand cannon and what would be a good high level rare and legendary versions of it

Make your shots count. 2-3 can kill a person in PVP. Most no. Yellow pare and shield engines can die from precise shot. Be accurate. Use chain of woe and gunslingers trance if your a hunter. Also use hand cannon gloves for increase reload speed. Just be accurate. I've gotten pretty adept at shooting heads pretty quickly and be confident shooting at players when they are shooting at you with auto riffles. You can down them quicker so long as your shots are on point
