I soloed it...my advice would be to switch out some weapons. Im a hunter so I dont know anything about your armor or class upgrades...but I used a hand cannon as my primary as it deals the most dpr and will mop up enemies after youve wittled them down, coupled with my class benefits for reload and stability and my armor it worked fine. Now I highly sugest switching out your rifle...you need an arc damage rifle for the knights to bring down the shield. I keep firing with the rifle at the hallowed knights(head shots) but switch to the hand cannon for the regular ones. The next thing is you need a fire machine gun for your heavy. Its destroys wizards and is more reliable damage than a launcher. My biggest issue was killing off the waves and getting thru the door. Dont die there! If you do the enemies in the previous area will respawn giving you no place to run. This is extremely important for the last wave with the wizards cuz they will rush you. But you can run back out and down the hall and pick them off safely with the machine gun. I killed xyor once he showed up with golden gun but youll probably have more difficulty. Good luck! This helps, but will take more time... It completely changes my weapon loadout. Ice Breaker is a Solar damage weapon, but with wizards, sometimes it's hard to get a clean headshot. I don't have a machine gun, unfortunately, and only have a void shotgun for my other secondary... I've found, personally, farming weapons is the hardest thing, unfortunately. But it does help me get a perspective on what needs to be done. Thank you!

Having a Sunsinger with resurrection radiance was more beneficial than the titans shield when I helped my friend do his since the shield only lasts long enough to put distance between u and wizards, we always got to wave 3 but couldn't get xyor to pop since we lacked significant diversity in our weapon elements (mostly had arc and solar) so having a Sunsinger will help

Try the weapon vendors...you might get lucky with a fire machine gun. I see them all the time. Yeah its a pain to get headshots on wizards but super easy on knight which is why I suggest the changes. Also dont worry so much about getting this done quickly. Thorn is cool but its taking me forever to lvl it and until they buff it imo there are far better weapons out there. My queens hand cannon has a higher fire rate, more rounds, and a nice snappy predictable recoil. Also all these suggestions will still be relevant with a team although far less necessary. I only soloed it cuz I dont play with anyone lol!
