Hunters: worst class overall.
I will keep it short
My hunters not too far along yet but what I have seen so far is hunters are poop in PvE, double jump sucks, and blade dance still wrecks in PvP. havent done gunslinger but i know the deal. triple jump (still worse than glide) and 3 free kills for your Major mobs or a few poor bastards in crucible. and the invis thing sucks, unless youre playing against people with glaucoma.
Played someone elses titan, they seemed decent enough at both. titan strike or whatever is irritating in pvp, kills a ton of shit in pve, and they have the defense bubble thing (in my opinion is just useless and annoying) but still pretty good at both
Warlocks are probably the best class in the game, as both subclasses crush life hard in both pve and pvp.

All classes have the pros and cons but im my opinion no class is worse than another, these post's make no sense to me

2 RepliesUse them all across PvP and PvE, hunters my goto for most, but honestly used intelligently all classes benefit teams immensely, personally can't choose just one to be 'the worst' as they're all extremely useful in their own ways. 'Team game peeps'

Best to worst (my opinion) 1. Warlock (SPACE MAGIC BABY!) 2. Hunter (going invisible is awesome) 3. Titan (meh, the bubble is good)

2 RepliesNightfall=hunter invis revive... hunter VOG one shot oracle kill... hunter CE easy abyss normal and hard and best sword bearer... and gunslinger the stacking weapon perks is sweet... only downfall is the jumps...play all three characters man or you limit yourself to the content thats in the game

I have Keratoconus. So invisible hunters are hard to see. But hunters are just as good as any other class. Stop saying that other classes are better. Your acting ignorant.

I'm primarily a hunter. I have only one character and that's a hunter. I have played as other characters In the beta test and I think they are all awesome. Hunters just suit my nimble play style.

Hunters are perfect relic and sword bearers invis lets us revive our fire team members in places that any other class would die and our mobile supers let us spread the damage across the battlefield

I've got one of each at 32 and I'll agree my hunter is a little vagina that needs to crawl back into his mother because he's not ready for the real world

I don't touch it unless I'm running Crota. Yeah the hunters super isn't a room clearing move but why do you need that? Chain of woe and gunslingers trance are by far the better perks to run. Titans have become my new favorite though. Warlocks are red headed step children that belong in a broom closet.

Edited by Sas: 4/28/2015 5:38:19 AMTriple jump is the best jump in the game for pvp (can't wait for quad jump in HoW). Throwing knife is insanity if you can use it well in pvp. Invisibility is good in pvp if you have any idea how to utilise it in pvp (I don't use it myself much). Arc blade is the easiest super to face in pvp, but it's still a good one given good execution. As for pve, the invisibility is quite useful. I like the gunslinger perks for reloading and stability. I enjoy the awesome of arc blade with razors edge plus encore and mask of the third man. For instance clearing out both sides of the crystal room on NCE before the shields even come down. Then again, I've played Hunter quite a bit. I enjoy my warlock as well, for totally other reasons. It feels safe having selfress for instance. And glide is nice in pve. But my core main class is Hunter.

No need to be a fag and be class racist, just accept every class for who they are. Let every class show their true colours. We shouldn't hate on one class because it's not our first. I'm all about survivability in pve. That's why my fav is the titan. With a defender titan I can get through most raids without dying. Next I like the hunter for invisibility. Crouch for invis, melee for invis, take damage for invis, super for invis. It's great to get out of tricky situations and recover health. Warlocks I don't like. sure it's good on nightfalls but other than that I'm not a fan.

2 RepliesI agree with the great coverage in both PvP and PvE for Warlocks. The Sunsinger is very adaptable and their skill tree and Exotic armor choices offer many different benefits. As well as Voidwalker, though less adaptable than Sunsinger, it's definitely quite the amount of fun to play as a Voidwalker. Just about everything Warlock has to offer, except the jump, is quite favorable. Titans, in my mind, have very little to offer. The bubble is a nice benefit, but is very limited to how often you can actually benefit from it. Strikers are rather pathetic, though. The only time you see them shine is when they Fist of Panic inside the capture zone on Control. They can easily be countered with a Warlock melee, as well. They do the same thing the Warlock does, but Warlocks can do it from a distance with less chance of dying. Hunters, according to stats and charts, are the most used and beneficial characters during PvE/PvP. Bladedancer offers very little orbs, but has things like invisibility, infinite super (Encore + Showstopper + Mask of the Third Man), healing from kills with melee/super, blink and combat readiness that definitely make up for it. Gunslinger is such an orb spawner, it's intense. Golden Gun bullets instant-kills most enemies, especially if you get that x1.2 boost in damage for hitting precision shots. I'll admit their grenade game is a little weak, and their melee isn't my favorite, but the amount of focus building you can do towards one aspect of the class proves it's great synergy. Just because you don't like a class and how it's played doesn't mean it's awful. It just means it's not for you.

Every class is useful in its own way. I prefer moving quickly around the battlefield with my triple jump :D
