I will keep it short
My hunters not too far along yet but what I have seen so far is hunters are poop in PvE, double jump sucks, and blade dance still wrecks in PvP. havent done gunslinger but i know the deal. triple jump (still worse than glide) and 3 free kills for your Major mobs or a few poor bastards in crucible. and the invis thing sucks, unless youre playing against people with glaucoma.
Played someone elses titan, they seemed decent enough at both. titan strike or whatever is irritating in pvp, kills a ton of shit in pve, and they have the defense bubble thing (in my opinion is just useless and annoying) but still pretty good at both
Warlocks are probably the best class in the game, as both subclasses crush life hard in both pve and pvp.
also vote what you think is best.
-
they're all fun to play and each have their own strengths and weaknesses
-
I main a Hunter because so far it's fitted my playing style the best and I started with one, but it does seem like the other classes are more powerful
-
I prefer titans just because they look badass. I would like it if there was more difference between the classes mechanically. For example, titans should be slower but much tougher, hunters should have a good balance and warlocks should have low toughness but high speed.
-
Hunter's aren't the worst because they lack ability. Hunters can hold their own,. It's that they don't shut up. It's blade this and blade that. Bla bla bla
-
Really, hunters are more PvP based, Titans are more PvE based, and warlocks have a bit of both.
-
Why is this still a thing? I can go with a 7.0 KD on any of my characters and no one will see that it is the player and not the class that determines its goodness.
-
Hunters leading at 47% woo

Go git a life

Invisibility is useful as hell to me. That's what getting through crota is. And it allows you to revive teammates in tricky spots. Its not the most deadly class. But I reckon its the most useful
-
Gunslinger is the best subclass in the game IMO, how could you make a judgement with 1/2 the stuff unlocked
-
Hunters are amazing and invisibility is key when doing nightfall or weekly or crota. Use it to revive fallen players.
-
I think hunters can be the best with a team because you can go invisible and revive people.

I mean I like hunter triple jump glide is wierd to time unless ur a hardcore warlock and Titan is ok and gunslinger can kill a whole team in capture if u perk it right with combustion symbiote helm it give 4 shots that explode in a pretty decent size when they kill someone

Edited by Seraphim Frost: 4/29/2015 11:27:21 AMEach class is unique. Each class is great. I would 1v1 everyone who thinks like you....and beat them all. You childish -blam!-, grow up and get a life. Your opinion doesn't matter to anyone and your existance is meer worthless. My IQ dropped 10 points from reading this piece of shit you call a post. People like you, are the reason mankind even had wars. Go -blam!-ing learn something at school. Let them teach you what respect and self esteem is. God damn nerd, the sheer thought of your presence annoys me. Now just walk away cause you've been served. #MutedBastard4Life

Hunter's supers definitely give them an edge in PvP but overall the three classes are balanced. No class is op or outright better than the others.
-
So basically Hunters take skill and warlocks are op?
-
Started with Hunter...created a Lock, then I had leveled a 2nd Hunter to save time on CE gear(save 2 resets on my Hunters gear)...My second Hunter has fallen to darkness and a Titan has been reborn. Option 4: All have their perks...people need to L2P
-
Yup because a one hit kill from a golden gun with unbelievable range in pvp is just horrid..... Sarcasm
-
Gunslinger is a precision class Blade dancer is an agile class Striker is a tanky, aggressive class Defender is a defensive class Void walker is a space magic class Sunsinger is a fragile nube tuber

I used to sound just like you... When I started playing destiny I created a Titan, then a hunter and then a warlock, got them all to around level 26-28 then deleted my hunter to make another Titan (I had just received The Helm of Saint-14.) and because I wasn't enjoying hunter But after a couple of months of playing with two titans and a warlock, PvE seemed too easy and I seemed to be getting smashed by hunters all the time in the crucible. So I decided to delete the secondary Titan to make room for a hunter....and now I -blam!-ing love the hunter class. With the exotic gauntlets "Don't Touch Me" equipped you go invisible when the enemy melee's you and when you melee an enemy, when you crouch you'll go invisible if you have that perk equipped, you can run through the start of Croats no worries...and the golden gun in the crucible is boss. You can take out the entire enemy team...if you're playing skirmish lol. Sorry for going on and on but yeah my advice is to persevere with the hunter. They're the lone wolves of destiny.

That's why we kill Crota. When your class has the priority with a relic come talk to me scrub.
-
You sir are stupid. Hunters take the most skill to use. I actually HATE playing on a warlock. Titans are ok. Gliding sucks. Its slow and take forever. You move sprint slower than my hunter walks. I can double jump and maneuver around a map 2x as quick as you can. I can revive an entire fire team without being seen in a darkness zone 3 light levels below the enemy's level. I can kill multiple people with any of my supers consistently in pvp. Im not dependent on fire born. Im not dependent on OP grenades for kills. I am a hunter and you are a straight fool and don't know how to play.

Hunters aren't the worst class but they are the class that requires the best gun game to utilize to their fullest. Titans and Warlocks can rely on their class abilities to naturally kill enemies in large AOEs but the hunter requires quick aiming and reflexes to do the same job. So it depends on what you are talking about. Are the hunters class abilities the weakest in the group? Yes. Are they the worst? Well that depends on the player. A good hunter does not rely on class abilities at all and they stick mainly to their gun game. Meaning that at no point in time does the hunter have a "down time" while they wait for their abilities to recharge. The hunter merely continues playing how they always play in all situations using their gun to get them through every area. Also hunters jump is the best in the game in my book. Their jump is a complete recovery jump......you can fall off the ledge and jump back onto the ledge. You cant do this with the other classes nearly as effectively. Also if times right the triple jump will get you as far as the warlocks glide jump.
-
Hunters are the best diversified class in terms of play style. They are arguably the strongest contenders in PvP, which makes up for some of their lack of PvE lethality. Basically, you are sorely mistaken if you think Hunters even approach being the worst class.

Edited by xKomodragon: 4/29/2015 11:07:28 AMIts all about the player. Hunters are amazing if used correctly(OP doesnt know how to use one) on PvE. Axton, people say its the worst class in Borderlands 2. If used correctly, a very fun and powerful class. Its who uses it. Not in general.
