See you're using your brain. Just because there's [i]something[/i] labeled for a specific DLC or some other kind of feature located in the files for the game does not mean that it's the full DLC or that complete content is being held back to release later, honestly, I find that whole contention rather ridiculous to begin with as there's almost always no basis for it and most of the people I've seen who use it just wind up coming across as entitled, spoiled whiners not getting their way or what they want when they want it...
