9 Mbs is a lot if you already have the foundation for the add ons. Meaning if you have a library of assets already in the game and your just using them to compliment your new content then you can sub what that size would of cost. So now your just implementing the size of the script, videos, items, and events.

I have audio files larger than 9mbs. And this is $15 dlc for reorganized content in that case.
