In the same boat. Unfortunately, I got a digital copy, so it can't even trade This in. The product is broken and the only patches I see mentioned are for the loot system, which would be great if we could even play. Starting to wonder at what point we'll be entitled to some kind of refund.

    I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure any EULA for an online game these days is going to stipulate that you don't get a refund even if you can't connect. Even within 30 days I can't think of anywhere that will take back open software. Having the digital copy might be a good thing since I think Sony and MS both take their customer service seriously and would probably process a return/exchange.
